Event Coordination Packages

As an event coordinator, I can help plan and execute just about any kind of gathering. While I am most passionate about weddings, I also love parties and events. (Especially holiday parties) Anything you throw at me I can tackle. Below is a list of the packages I offer.

 

Diamond Diva 

This is the full bells & whistles package. For the overworked and overbooked client who wants to hand off the planning AND coordination of their event to someone else.  I begin work with the client about one year prior to the wedding or event. (i.e, Family Reunion, Bar Mitzvah, Quinceañera, Corporate Office Event, Baby Shower) I act as your representative with the vendors throughout the process from beginning to end.

With this package I suggest venues and vendors, coordinate vendor contracts, and keep you on track by reminding you of payments and deposits. I suggest design themes, colors, and decor elements and ideas for execution. I will be there on the day-of to help with setup, breakdown, and coordinate the event, and of course to keep the client stress-free on the day of.

For wedding clients, in addition to providing full day-of coordination, I also coordinate your rehearsal.

Platinum Princess 

This option begins around six months prior to your wedding or event and includes vendor recommendations and booking assistance, one planning session per month leading up to your event, my attendance at four final vendor meetings, and all the services provided in the Chic Cinderella package.

I will work with you leading up to your wedding or event ensuring that all balances get paid, all vendors are prepared and aware of times and locations, and assisting with any last minute details that may have been overlooked or small hiccups that have popped up.

For weddings, I will run the wedding rehearsal, be there with an assistant the day-of to keep everyone stress-free and coordinate with all vendors, and I will be there to ensure that the bride and groom leave the wedding feeling relaxed and ready to celebrate.

Chic Cinderella 

In order to provide the best possible service to all my clients, I no longer offer typical Day-Of Wedding Coordination Packages. Wedding clients looking for day-of packages will want this package instead. 

This package begins one to three months prior to your event. In order to ensure I have every last detail required to run an efficient and successful wedding/event, I need to meet the client to receive contracts and information at least one month prior to the wedding or scheduled event, though I prefer three months during busier seasons.

This package is for the bride/client who is super organized and has done the majority of the planning already, but just needs a few services here and there. You may have every last detail planned out and have a plan for execution, but even the most organized of brides/clients still can’t be in two places at once.

If you just want the chance to relax and enjoy the wedding or event you’ve spent time and money planning, I will execute your plan for you while you, your family and friends enjoy yourselves!

Party Planning

Birthdays, Holiday Parties, and Romantic Evening Planning Consultations 

Don’t need full service planning, but just want someone to bounce ideas off of and provide vendor referrals? This package is for the more spontaneous events, or just something fun and different; whether it’s a bridal shower, a ladies night in, a bachelorette/stag party, Halloween party, or even a one year old’s birthday, my team and I can help with the planning.

I will suggest locations, entertainment, catering options, decor and even help you find the best deals. If you want to plan an event that will leave your guests, family, and friends looking forward to the next one you throw, call me and I will help!

Sometimes the best events are a night in for two;  I can make sure your significant other has an incredibly romantic night, with discounts and recommendations for personal chefs, limousine services, floral arrangements and much more (Guys: I’ll make sure YOU get all the credit, it can be our secret).

Add-On Services & Rentals

Don’t see what you need above? Ask me about my add-on services and rental items! I provide add-on services such as helping with a flip, helping with table and chair set-up, full event design, and even have a small stock of rental items that can be used to reduce your budget and make for an even easier wedding or event!
